About This Opportunity:
Amoha Recruitment Services is building a talent pipeline of Business Analysts for upcoming client engagements across finance, healthcare, retail, and technology.
We are looking for early-career professionals who can understand business requirements, analyze data, identify process improvements, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
We work with candidates on OPT, STEM-OPT, and H-1B status, as well as US Citizens and Green Card holders.
What You'll Do:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
- Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Assist with UAT, test-case preparation, and validation
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Support project teams throughout the requirements and implementation lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business requirements and process analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience creating business documentation and presentations
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum or SDLC methodologies
