Business developer We are expanding our business development team in Colombia by identifying opportunities, building high-level relationships, and leading the full sales cycle in advanced technological solutions (cybersecurity, digital transformation, AI, e-Health). Within our team, you will be able to develop your professional career by performing functions such as: Identify and develop new business opportunities in key sectors (government, defense, energy, banking, healthcare). Manage strategic accounts and build long-term relationships. Lead full sales processes : prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Coordinate with technical teams to design tailored solutions. Identify and participate in public tenders and formal procurement processes (public purchasing platforms). Develop and manage partnerships with local partners. Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this position, we are looking for: +5 years of experience in B2G, B2C, or B2B business development in Colombia and the region. Experience in selling technological solutions (ideally cybersecurity, IT, or complex systems). Knowledge of the public procurement ecosystem in the region. Network of contacts in strategic sectors (a plus). Consultative profile, with the ability to engage in both technical and business discussions. Strong results orientation and autonomy.
