The role

You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates across the Property, Development and Construction market.

Your role will include:

• Building and managing client relationships
• Developing new business opportunities
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
• Crafting Ad strategy to maximise visibility and engagement
• Networking across the industry
• Negotiating offers
• Providing market advice to clients and candidates
• Building a strong personal brand within your market

About you:

• Recruitment experience not essential; Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives encouraged to apply
• Proven ability to drive new business growth
• Curious and eager to learn
• Passionate about the Real Estate or Property industry
• Confident building relationships
• No fear of picking up the phone
• Commercially minded
• Target-driven and motivated by results
• Resilient and adaptable
• Interested in long-term career growth
• Experience selling services and solutions into the construction industry will be highly regarded
