Represent the institution at various fairs, conferences, and events, and organize informative sessions and meet-and-greet events in targeted cities on a monthly basis. Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students, assisting them throughout the enrollment and admission process. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to their successful enrollment in the program. Establish and nurture partnerships with key associations, universities, and companies to enhance brand awareness and expand the institution's reach in the market. Requirements: Oversea university graduated/ Completed bachelor from Ateneo or De La Salle university, preferably in marketing or business. Speaks excellent English, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, business development, or recruitment, ideally within a respected organization. International exposure (either professional or personal) and a genuine passion for working in a diverse and multicultural environment are highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
