We are seeking a Business Director to lead client relationships, drive integrated marketing initiatives, and oversee the successful delivery of campaigns across traditional and digital channels. This role serves as a strategic partner to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions while fostering team growth and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities Lead day-to-day account management and strategic direction for client business. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across TV, video, digital, social, audio, and experiential channels. Partner with strategy, creative, media, production, and analytics teams to deliver best-in-class work. Understand client business objectives and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations. Manage campaign execution, budgets, forecasts, and overall account profitability. Champion creative excellence and drive innovative solutions. Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and ensure client satisfaction. Mentor and develop team members while fostering collaboration and accountability. Partner across the broader Omnicom network to maximize client value and business growth. Required Qualifications 8+ years of marketing, advertising, or account management experience, preferably within an agency environment. Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, including TV and digital. Demonstrated success managing and developing teams. Strong client relationship-building and presentation skills, including experience with senior-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of the consumer journey across digital, social, mobile, e-commerce, and traditional channels. Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus. Location: Given the nature of our Media team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Los Angeles, CA in the near future (first 60 days of employment). The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
