Business Generalist @ handly - 20VC backed

We have raised $4M from 20VC, Stride and Base10. What we do: take over the white-collar work of Handwerk businesses using AI + double their revenue. You will have the opportunity to lay the structure for scaling in a small high-performing team from Berlin as one of the first 12 employees and will work directly with the Operations Lead and the Founder.

Till here, Operations Lead at handly. I thought about giving you the standard HR description of a job.

I won’t. handly is the most personally and intellectually rewarding environment I have seen so far. You will do exactly what I am doing right now. So chances are, you will dig it a lot, too!

• We grow Handwerk businesses by taking away their administrative work and giving them the tools to sell that only big companies would have. Seeing and enabling the growth of talented roofing masters through handly is the most rewarding thing you can imagine.


• We earn money through a revenue share of our partner businesses. This aligns our incentives 100% - meaning incredible transparency and trust between us and the craftsmen.


• You are the owner of this relationship. Together with the owner of the craftsmen company, you will launch the company and grow it to €1M revenue and beyond. You will do that with 10 companies eventually.


• Through our revenue share business model, you sit exactly at the most important point of our operation. Your daily work generates handly’s revenue. This makes the role of Business Generalist the most critical role of the company. A good point to grow from.

Day-to-day you will:

• Have full revenue responsibility for the development of 10 partner Handwerk businesses


• Build processes to deliver our service through software & AI


• Strengthen handly’s value proposition: helping Handwerk businesses grow faster and more profitably
