Business Intelligence Analyst (People Technology and Analytics)

What you'll actually do Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and reporting needs Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment across teams Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities through data analysis and propose actionable solutions Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making by aligning insights with business goals and priorities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reliable and actionable insights Build, test, and maintain scalable data models and datasets for reporting and self-service analytics Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all analytical outputs and data sources Develop and validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines, availability, and performance Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and scalable dashboards (Tableau or similar BI tools) Translate complex data into clear, structured, and visually compelling insights for diverse audiences Ensure consistency and usability of reports by following visualization best practices and standards Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability Support business users with reporting tools, ensuring accessibility and correct interpretation of data Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Mathematical / Software Engineering / Computer Science education.
