Why this role matters Business Intelligence Analyst turns data into clear, actionable insights and scalable analytical solutions. The role combines dashboard development, reporting automation, semantic-layer thinking, and close collaboration with stakeholders to support accurate, timely decision-making. This role focuses on creating accurate, neat and clear visualizations of corporate data, supported by observations and conclusions. The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. What you'll actually do Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and reporting needs Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment across teams Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities through data analysis and propose actionable solutions Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making by aligning insights with business goals and priorities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reliable and actionable insights Build, test, and maintain scalable data models and datasets for reporting and self-service analytics Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all analytical outputs and data sources Develop and validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines, availability, and performance Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and scalable dashboards (Tableau or similar BI tools) Translate complex data into clear, structured, and visually compelling insights for diverse audiences Ensure consistency and usability of reports by following visualization best practices and standards Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability Support business users with reporting tools, ensuring accessibility and correct interpretation of data Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Mathematical / Software Engineering / Computer Science education Relevant certifications optional but beneficial: Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Architect 5+ years of experience in BI (data analysis and visualization, reporting automation) Proven practical experience in full-cycle dashboards development Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical databases (Vertica, ClickHouse, Trino, Starrocks or similar) Strong data visualization skills, including proficiency in Tableau Desktop (or other enterprise level BI tool) Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, metric governance, and self-service analytics principles Understanding of AI/LLM applications in analytics (e.g., NL-to-SQL, AI-assisted BI) Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and basic statistics Practical experience with Semantic Layer / metrics layer / analytics engineering tools (optional) What we offer along the way Competitive salary and annual performance bonus Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage — medical, dental, vision, mental health — plus life insurance for peace of mind Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones “Get to know Team” trips — meet colleagues across our global hubs, along with company-wide offsites that raise the bar Employee share scheme — grow with us Branded MINI Cooper Countryman company car and private parking Free in-house sports clubs, Sanctum Club gym access, and jet skis Access to a Corporate doctor Exclusive discount program with cafes, gyms, and local services Expat tax perks: up to 50% income tax exemption Support with the naturalisation process for relocated employees At Exness, we know that changing jobs - and changing countries - is a big step.
