Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced Business Product Analyst to join our product team and help maximize product value by translating validated business needs into effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
Translate requirements into clear features and user stories.
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization.
Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design to-be processes.
Perform SQL-based data analysis and investigate data and integration issues.
Work with APIs and system integrations to support application operations.
Perform integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support incident management, technical configurations, and product/application operations.
Participate in standby/on-call support when required.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and technology teams.
Support successful implementation of business and product changes.

Qualification & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
Strong SQL skills
Understanding of APIs and system integrations
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience with business process analysis
Experience with integration testing and UAT
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with Business Process Modelling
Product or application support experience
Incident management experience
Experience with technical configurations
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
