Candidate Profile

Professional experience in business and systems analysis within IT (eliciting requirements, conducting workshops).
Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset.
Readiness to relocate from Poland to Bogota (Colombia) or Santiago (Chile)-mandatory requirement
Technical proficiency in:
Relational databases and SQL
BPMN / UML notations and software development lifecycles
OpenAPI specifications and data modeling
Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication, and excellent teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements from clients across the Americas.
Drafting clear analytical documentation, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional project teams (Developers, UX Designers, Product Owners).
Participating in UI/UX mockup acceptance processes, product demos, and client workshops.
Analyzing technical issues and bugs reported by clients to ensure smooth delivery.
