BHE GT&S has an exciting career opportunity as either Business Systems Analyst 1, Business Systems Analyst 2, Business Systems Analyst 3 or Sr Business Systems Analyst, at our Headquarters located in White Oaks General Office Building in Bridgeport, WV or Sabinsville Transmission in Westfield, PA. Business Systems Analyst 1 : Knowledge of related applications and databases Business Systems Analyst 2/Business Systems Analyst 3 : Full knowledge of related applications and databases Business Systems Analyst 1,2,3, Sr : Proficiency in programming and or other information technology disciplines. If supporting GIS systems, knowledge of Geographic Information Systems. Strong computer skills. Demonstrated competency in logical and analytical thinking. Ability to perform in-depth data analysis. Ability to diagnose and offer guidance on hardware, network and data issues and/or questions. Conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities. Business Systems Analyst 1 :  0-2+ years directly related experience. Staffed by beginners who have a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Ability to establish and maintain confidence in the Information Technology's teams' knowledge of, and concern for, the customer's business needs. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of confidence in the Information Technology team's knowledge of, and concern for, the customer's business needs. IT experience in business systems analysis, in a large-scale environment, across multiple hardware and software platforms, or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of large-scale systems. Demonstrated competency in verbal, written, and presentation communications. Demonstrated competency in interpersonal understanding. Demonstrated ability to research and understand customer issues. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer confidence in the Information Technology team's knowledge of, and concern for, the customer's business needs.
