Compensation AM Shift (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM): Starting at $20.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus PM Shift (1:30 PM – 9:00 PM): Starting at $21.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus Average monthly bonus: $2,500 Top performers earn $4,500+ per month in bonuses alone Full-time schedule Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers Connect with homeowners and create interest in our products and services Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team Accurately update customer information and call records Meet and exceed daily performance goals and production metrics Build rapport, create urgency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience No cold calling. You'll be working with customers already in our database.
