Job Description: You’ll take ownership of Test & Commissioning training, ensuring the right learning and development is available across all commissioning roles. You’ll manage delivery within budget, identify current and future capability needs, and develop new training solutions to support evolving programme requirements. Core duties: Lead Test & Commissioning Function in all aspects of Training Lead and develop team in ensuring that all relevant and mandatory training is delivered in line with the allocated departmental training budget Engage with all relevant deployed T&C stakeholders to collate and develop annual Statement of Requirements (SoR) for training Manage the T&C SoR to ensure training is delivered on time and to budget Lead the development of new training requirements in line with Learning & Development Training Needs Analysis process and in collaboration with L&D to ensure best solutions for the department Provide governance and assurance of training status across T&C to ensure all areas are at or above target, reporting this in to Senior Management and developing actions plans for any areas that are out of compliance Essential Skills: Good stakeholder management skills Understanding of manufacturing and Test & Commissioning processes, operating models and activities within a complex engineering environment Strong project management and leadership skills Ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators, solve complex problems and maintain effective documentation and configuration management processes The Manufacturing Function Training team: You will work alongside Commissioning Development Leads and the wider Manufacturing Training team, giving you exposure to a broad range of business areas and the opportunity to build a strong understanding of how the wider organisation operates.
