HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is seeking a full-time Board Certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative anesthesia team in Port Charlotte, Florida. Located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast, this opportunity offers an outstanding compensation package, 10 weeks of paid time off, and a practice model designed to support an exceptional work-life balance. Position Overview

• ACT model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 16 CRNAs
• Coverage includes 10 main ORs plus Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy Suites, and 6 NORA sites
• Dedicated cardiac anesthesia team
• Case mix includes Cardiac, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, Bariatrics, Vascular, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery
• No obstetrics, trauma, or pediatric cases
• Home beeper call shared equally among physicians
• Post-call Monday off following weekend call
• CRNA shares call responsibilities with the physician
• Weekend call limited to emergent cases only

Qualified Candidates

• Board Certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist
• Open to new fellowship graduates
• Visa candidates welcome
• Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
