Are you a hands-on casthouse leader who still wants to be close to every cast?
Could you help build the team and processes required to take a new operation to full 24/7 production?
Our client is a growing metals manufacturer that has recently invested in a brand-new aluminum billet casting facility with state-of-the-art equipment.
With production established and ambitious plans to scale from a single day shift to a 24/7 operation, they are looking for an experienced Casthouse Manager to support the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep technical casthouse expertise with people leadership and commercial thinking. You'll be helping to build the team, finalise operating processes, improve production performance and create the foundations for a safe, predictable and highly efficient operation.
