Responsibilities Assist cardiologists and radiologists during invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. Perform scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring duties during cath lab operations. Ensure patient safety and adherence to radiation protection (ALARA) standards. Operate and maintain imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. Prepare and maintain sterile fields; handle and prepare contrast media and medications. Monitor patient status throughout procedures and communicate findings effectively. Maintain appropriate supply levels and assist with inventory management. Keep current on new procedures, equipment, and protocols. Participate in an on-call rotation (approx. 10 call shifts per month); must live within 30 minutes of the facility. Qualifications Required: Education from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiologic Technology. Active CVT, RCIS, or ARRT certification. Current BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association). Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab or Cardiovascular Tech experience. Must reside within 30 minutes of Port St. Lucie for on-call response requirements.
