About the Role

An exceptional career opportunity is available for a talented and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a premium wellness and Pilates environment in Al Ain. We are seeking a certified, highly motivated, and client-focused Pilates professional who combines strong technical Reformer expertise with an engaging personality and a genuine passion for movement, wellness, and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality, personalised Reformer Pilates sessions, inspiring clients to achieve their individual wellness and fitness goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, technique, professionalism, and service. This opportunity is open to both Al Ain-based and international Pilates professionals. Candidates currently based overseas who meet the required professional standards are encouraged to apply and will be considered for relocation to Al Ain.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional private and group Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs and abilities.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments covering posture, mobility, movement quality, fitness level, personal goals, and physical limitations.
• Design and deliver personalised Pilates programs that support measurable client progress and long-term wellness goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional standards of Reformer technique, posture, alignment, breathing, control, and muscle engagement.
• Provide clear, confident, and motivating verbal cues throughout each session.
• Adapt and modify exercises safely for different ages, fitness levels, abilities, and individual requirements.
• Observe movement patterns closely, provide appropriate technique corrections, and continuously monitor client progress.
• Progress or regress exercises appropriately according to each client's ability and development.
• Create sessions that are engaging, dynamic, varied, and results-focused while maintaining Pilates principles.
• Ensure Reformer machines and related equipment are set up and used correctly and safely.
• Maintain an immaculate, organised, safe, and welcoming training environment.
• Build meaningful professional relationships with clients and contribute to exceptional levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Motivate and inspire clients throughout their wellness journey.
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, punctuality, personal presentation, and client care.
• Stay current with developments in Pilates, movement science, wellness, and professional education.

Qualifications

• Recognised Pilates Instructor Certification – Mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of professional Pilates teaching experience
• Strong hands-on Reformer Pilates teaching experience – Mandatory

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, posture, movement principles, and safe exercise practices.
• Proven ability to conduct client assessments and translate findings into personalised training programs.
• Excellent Reformer exercise demonstration and technique-correction ability.
• Strong verbal cueing and instructional skills.
• Ability to confidently work with clients across different ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Naturally engaging, energetic, confident, and charismatic personality.
• Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Professional, polished, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Passion for Pilates, movement, fitness, wellness, and continuous professional development.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Monthly Package: AED 10,000–12,000

Package 1 – AED 10,000 per Month

• AED 10,000 monthly salary
• AED 1,000 monthly accommodation support
• Employment visa
• Medical insurance
• Annual air ticket
• Transportation and food are not included.
• Temporary transportation assistance may be considered for a newly arrived international candidate who does not yet hold a driving licence, subject to agreement.

Package 2 – AED 12,000 per Month

• AED 12,000 monthly salary

• No accommodation support
• No transportation support

The final package will be determined according to the successful candidate's professional experience, qualifications, Reformer Pilates expertise, technical ability, and overall suitability for the role.

Working Schedule

• Employment: Full-Time
• Location: Al Ain
• Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
• Morning: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Evening: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday
