Key Compensation & Practice Highlights

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $330,000 base (standard 6-week PTO track) with zero call or overtime required.
• Realistic Earning Potential: $400,000+ achievable via premium hourly overtime and extra call pay.
• Sliding Scale PTO (6 to 12 Weeks): Clinicians choose their work-life balance. Even on the maximum 12-week vacation package, base pay remains guaranteed at $280,000.
• $145,000 Total Incentive Package:
• Up to $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid within 30 days of start)
• Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance
• Light 1:10 Call Rotation: Strictly 9 call days per 90-day quarter, paid via generous stipends ($400+ per shift) on top of the base salary.
• Shift Flexibility: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available (system is actively evaluating 24-hour options).
• Collegial Care Team Model: 1:4 medical direction alongside supportive attending anesthesiologists.
• Zero Cardiac Cases: All cardiac procedures are handled by a separate, dedicated specialty team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible through the NBCRNA.
• Active Ohio RN and APRN/CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Open to experienced CRNAs as well as graduating new residents.
• J-1 visa waiver candidates and H1 transfer candidates are welcome.
