Job Description Our client is a well-established, regulated Forex and CFD brokerage with a growing international presence. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team in Dubai, taking full ownership of the company's financial strategy, regulatory reporting and treasury function. Responsibilities Own the company's full financial strategy, reporting, treasury and regulatory capital position Manage regulatory relationships and reporting obligations with the DFSA (DIFC) and/or SCA Oversee client money segregation, broker economics (A-book/B-book), hedging arrangements and liquidity provider relationships Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning at company level Manage and develop the finance, accounting and treasury team Act as the primary financial authority during audits, licensing renewals and regulatory inspections Report directly to the CEO and Board on financial performance and risk Requirements Must have previously held the title of CFO at a Forex or CFD brokerage — this is essential and non-negotiable Regulatory/compliance experience with the DFSA, SCA, or an equivalent tier-1 regulator (FCA, CySEC, ASIC) Deep understanding of broker economics, including client money segregation, hedging, spreads, swaps and liquidity provider relationships Strong command of IFRS financial reporting Experience in treasury and multi-currency FX risk management Experience with capital adequacy and regulatory capital reporting Fluent English Willing and able to relocate to Dubai Benefits Competitive executive salary and package, to be confirmed Full relocation support to Dubai The opportunity to join a regulated, well-established Forex/CFD brokerage with a growing international presence A senior leadership role with direct board-level exposure Tax-free income in the UAE
