Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a growing and well-established regulated Forex brokerage based in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, regulatory reporting, financial controls, treasury management, and overall financial operations while supporting business growth and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, treasury management, and capital requirements.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and shareholders.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage tax planning, financial risk management, and corporate governance processes.
• Support M&A activities, business expansion initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and manage the finance team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or senior finance executive within the Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Fintech, or Brokerage industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations applicable to regulated financial institutions.
• Experience managing regulatory reporting and audits.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial planning.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Experience working with multi-jurisdiction financial services businesses is advantageous.
