Change Consultant – Business & Technology Transformation

Evolve Partners is recruiting a hands-on Change Consultant for an international change consultancy, supporting business and technology transformation programmes in Abu Dhabi.

We’re looking for someone who has personally delivered organisational change: assessing how new processes and systems affect people, engaging stakeholders, preparing users and helping organisations adopt new ways of working.

You should be comfortable owning your deliverables and working directly with clients, business users and programme teams.

The role

• Conduct change impact assessments across processes, roles, systems and ways of working.
• Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans.
• Create change communications, leadership messaging and practical user-facing materials.
• Assess business readiness, identify adoption risks and implement actions to address them.
• Support training needs analysis, develop learning materials and facilitate workshops or training sessions.
• Work with functional specialists and business teams through testing, deployment and go-live.
• Track readiness and adoption, report progress and support post-go-live reinforcement.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrable, hands-on Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience within substantial business or technology transformation programmes.
• Personal ownership of change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and readiness or adoption activities.
• Strong written communication, workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.
• Experience translating system and process changes into practical guidance for business users.
• Consulting experience, or equivalent delivery within a complex enterprise programme.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or another enterprise technology implementation is particularly valuable.
• Familiarity with structured change approaches such as Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent.

Project management, PMO, technical implementation, functional configuration or instructional design experience alone will not meet the requirements. Your application should demonstrate the organisational change activities you personally delivered.

This is a hands-on Consultant-level appointment. Candidates seeking a practice leadership or predominantly strategic advisory position should consider whether the scope and package meet their expectations.

Location and availability

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires client-facing delivery there. It cannot be undertaken remotely from overseas.
• UAE-based candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Overseas candidates must be willing and able to fund their initial travel, move and settling-in costs. The employer provides the residence visa.
• The requirement is urgent. Please state your contractual notice period and earliest realistic start date, including relocation time.
