Department Overview
The Motorola Solutions PCR Channel Marketing Team creates and oversees execution of marketing plans and programs to drive demand and support our North America PCR channel partners. The team oversees all aspects of the channel marketing mix including product and vertical marketing, sales and channel enablement, demand generation, communications, channel programs, incentives, MDF and co-op allocation, social media and more.
Job Description
Note: This role is fully remote and candidates can reside anywhere in the US or Canada
This role reports to the Director of PCR Channel Marketing and focuses on developing marketing plans and strategies to, with, and for our PCR reseller and distribution partners in North America to drive loyalty and promote sales growth.
This candidate is passionate about the channel and has a strong knowledge of partner marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement and marketing strategy to drive and support co-marketing efforts within a channel partner ecosystem. The person in this role will be responsible for building out partner marketing strategy with a specific set of partners to drive demand, increase program participation, and convert opportunities into sales. At each step, this role will need to track metrics, key performance indicators and ROI. They will be expected to leverage the AI tools we have available to optimize their own performance and job duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of integrated, co-branded marketing campaigns tailored to high-priority partners in North America.
- Budget & MDF Governance: Manage assigned budget, MDF (Market Development Funds), and co-op allocations to maximize program impact and measurable ROI.
- Content & Enablement: Create and distribute compelling sales enablement tools, co-brandable campaign assets, and turnkey marketing packages that simplify partner lead generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Channel Account Managers, Sales Leadership, Product/Digital/Vertical Marketing, External Vendors, and peers to align marketing efforts tied to partner revenue goals.
- Events & Webinars: Own the strategy, programming, and logistics for regional partner meetings in-territory, while serving as a core leader in orchestrating large-scale, North America–wide partner conferences and national events.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead flow through CRM/PRM systems, closed-loop pipeline metrics, and overall ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of channel/partner marketing experience in B2B technology or telecommunications.
- Proven track record executing channel partner campaigns (to, with, and through channel models).
- Experience utilizing PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms, CRMs (Salesforce), and enterprise Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of channel lead management, closed-loop reporting, and attribution models.
- Experience leveraging AI productivity tools for campaign execution, copywriting, or market research.
- The candidate must have excellent communication and presentations skills.
- Must be comfortable interfacing with sales, partners, internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute on initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 20–25% for partner events or internal meetings.

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
