HIRING: CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVES

INGENCO JETS DWC LLC | Dubai, UAE

INGENCO Jets is seeking motivated, commercially driven sales professionals to develop client relationships and secure bookings for private jet charter, air ambulance and cargo charter services.

Compensation and Benefits

• Commission-based position with no fixed salary.

• 5% commission on the revenue of each flight booking you secure.

• Revenue and commissions calculated in USD, with commission payments made in USD.

• Company-provided visa, medical insurance and flight ticket.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and generate qualified charter enquiries.

• Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, concierge companies and healthcare providers.

• Coordinate quotations and booking requirements with the operations team.

• Manage follow-ups, close bookings and maintain long-term client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to work under a commission-only compensation structure.

• Relevant sales experience in aviation, luxury travel, hospitality or medical tourism preferred.

• An established client network would be an advantage.
