FAMILY CHEF/ARABIC Chef

A VIP private family in Al Gurm, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and professional Chef with strong expertise in Lebanese and Arabic cuisine.

This is a dedicated position exclusively serving the private family and their household, including the preparation of daily family meals, special occasions, private gatherings, and events hosted at the residence.

Employment: Full-Time | Live-Out (No accommodation)

Salary: AED 7,000–7,500 per month | All-Inclusive

Candidates: UAE-based candidates only

Availability: Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for the family on a daily basis.
• Prepare a wide range of Lebanese and Arabic cuisine, as well as other cuisines according to the family's preferences.
• Plan daily menus based on the family's tastes, dietary requirements, and schedule.
• Prepare meals for family lunches, dinners, breakfasts, and other household occasions.
• Prepare and coordinate food for private gatherings, family celebrations, dinners, and special occasions hosted at the residence.
• Adjust menus and quantities according to the number of guests and nature of each occasion.
• Ensure excellent standards of taste, presentation, freshness, and food quality.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Manage food preparation, storage, stock levels, and kitchen requirements.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Work discreetly and professionally within the private household.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and respect for the family's privacy.
• Be flexible with working schedules when required for family occasions or private events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent Lebanese and Arabic cuisine experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Previous experience as a Private Chef, Family Chef, or Chef for a VIP/private household in the UAE.
• Ability to prepare food to a consistently high standard.
• Clean, organised, reliable, and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal hygiene.
• Respectful, discreet, and comfortable working in a VIP private household.
