What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Receive:

Working experience in chemical synthesis, evaluation both at a laboratory scale and factory scale (300kg – 2ton of reactors), dry processes such as vacuum vapor deposition, battery design, development, and optimization including knowledge of balancing key materials, electrodes, and components for optimal performance.
Measurement at synchrotron radiation facilities, such as Spring-8.
The fundamentals of the noble metal electrodes, such as platinum (single / poly crystal), battery materials, components, performance, impedance, cell/battery testing/data analysis, and failure modes
Experience in developing products from the stage of research through to commercial delivery
Experience in enzyme immobilization, sterilizing by Co-gamma ray, polymer modifications, and chemical synthesis
Experience in implementation of the product development process (APQP knowledge)
Familiarity with DOE, FMEA, and Taguchi methodologies
