The CFO will be a strategic partner to the President and CEO, directing and executing on financial strategy for the company. Lead a highly competent team – Director of FP&A and Controller, analyzing opportunities, risk, and competition, strategic decision support, FP&A. Own and execute on financing options, funding solutions, cash management, treasury, investment management, debt. Source funding, oversee transaction, accounting ops, tax, and financial reporting, and WIP. Looking for BA in Accounting/Finance/Business, CPA and or MBA, construction industry experience.
