Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Title: Chief Financial Officer Location: Tallahassee, FL Relocation Assistance: Partial The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and serve as a strategic member of the Executive Management team, overseeing the company's financial operations and providing leadership on financial strategy, planning, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance and Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning. Develop and manage job costing, financial controls, and reporting processes. Advise executive leadership on financial performance, investments, and business decisions. Oversee strategic planning, deal analysis, negotiations, financing, and compliance. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and overall financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High integrity, sound judgment, and results-oriented approach. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Windows. Salary Expectation: 165K-175K + 20% bonus
