Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – FX/CFD Brokerage | Dubai

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: On-site Lead the Financial Strategy of a Global FX/CFD Brokerage We're partnering with a well-established international FX/CFD brokerage looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its global finance function from Dubai. This is a senior executive opportunity for a finance leader who has built their career within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry and understands the complexities of multi-jurisdiction financial operations, treasury management, offshore regulatory compliance, and high-volume trading environments. As CFO, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to shape the company's financial strategy, support international expansion, strengthen financial governance, and build scalable finance operations that enable continued growth. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Partner with executive leadership to support business growth, international expansion, and strategic decision-making. Lead high-volume, multi-currency treasury operations, liquidity management, and global cash flow. Manage banking relationships and optimise international payment operations. Implement hedging strategies to protect liquidity and financial stability. Ensure compliance with offshore regulatory frameworks, including FSCA, FSA, and other relevant jurisdictions. Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax planning, and regulatory submissions. Develop and maintain strong internal controls, governance, and financial risk management processes. Monitor financial and trading-related risk exposure while protecting company and client assets. Lead, mentor, and develop an international finance team. Drive automation, process improvements, and the optimisation of ERP and treasury management systems. Align finance operations with the company's commercial and trading objectives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role within an FX/CFD brokerage . Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-currency treasury operations. Strong understanding of offshore regulatory frameworks, including FSCA, FSA, and similar jurisdictions. Experience working within brokerage trading environments and financial systems. Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic financial leadership skills. Experience leading finance teams across multiple countries. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and treasury management systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
