This role requires a strategic yet hands-on finance leader who is equally comfortable driving long-term growth initiatives and partnering closely with operations to improve day-to-day business performance. The ideal candidate will bring prior CFO experience within a private equity-backed manufacturing environment, along with the urgency, drive, and leadership presence needed to help scale the business. This individual will serve as a key partner to ownership and operations leadership, driving profitability, operational efficiency, cash flow performance, and strategic execution across the organization. Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management • Partner with ownership and executive leadership to drive strategic growth, profitability, and overall business performance • Drive operational and financial improvements across multi-site manufacturing operations • Provide strategic guidance on growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives • Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization initiatives • Manage banking, lender, and external financial relationships, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate reporting • Partner cross-functionally to improve pricing strategy, margins, cost structure, and operational efficiency • Oversee manufacturing finance functions, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital expenditures • Support acquisitions, integration activities, capital investments, and strategic growth initiatives as needed • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team Chief Financial Officer Qualifications • Prior CFO experience required • Private equity-backed manufacturing experience required • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required • ERP systems experience required
