Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff | Fast-Growth Start-up | San Francisco

I’m recruiting a high-calibre Chief of Staff for a well-funded, fast-growth B2B SaaS start-up building an innovative agentic AI platform.

Working as the CEO’s right hand, you will help scale the company from 22 to 35+ employees, establish its operating rhythm and drive alignment and accountability across the business.

This is a highly autonomous leadership role—not an executive assistant position—with the opportunity to progress into a VP of Operations role.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in an operating role within a high-growth B2B SaaS start-up

• Experience owning outcomes and solving complex problems end-to-end

• A strong understanding of how to scale a company from the inside

• The ability to introduce effective processes, structures and operating cadences

• Based in San Francisco and available to work in the office four days per week

💰 $180,000–$225,000 plus competitive equity
