About Us FlowGen Labs is a frontier enterprise AI company building the zero-touch enterprise: context-aware agents that operate inside highly customized SAP environments at machine speed, grounded in each company’s ontology, live operational data, and operating procedures so complex workflows can run autonomously instead of relying on manual support teams. FlowGen is focused on turning legacy ERP from a system of record into an execution layer for finance and operations. Deployed at Fortune 500 companies across CPG, distribution, high tech, and oil and gas, FlowGen Labs brings together a frontier AI and SAP team from DeepMind, SAP, Meta AI, and Amazon AGI Labs. Role Summary Work directly with the founders to turn FlowGen’s most important company priorities into outcomes. You will create structure from ambiguity, connect decisions across engineering, deployments, sales, and operations, and own the work that needs to happen as we scale. This is a hands-on role with broad ownership. You will move comfortably between company strategy and operational detail, identify the real constraint, and remain accountable until the problem is solved. You will: Drive cross-functional initiatives across hiring, customer delivery, go-to-market, and internal operations. Surface risks early, resolve dependencies, and keep important work moving. Own strategic projects end to end, from framing the problem and evaluating options to driving execution and measuring results. Build the company’s operating cadence: clear priorities, accountable owners, useful metrics, and consistent follow-through on decisions. Be an extension of the founders, driving high-impact initiatives across the company from idea through execution. Build practical systems and use AI tools to automate repetitive work so the team can focus on product and customer outcomes. Take on emerging problems that do not yet have an owner, build a repeatable approach, and hand it off as the team grows. What We Are Looking For Experience owning complex projects in a high-growth startup, business operations, consulting, or a similarly demanding environment. A track record of delivering results matters more than a specific title. Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong business judgment. You can enter an unfamiliar situation, ask incisive questions, and turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan. Strong analytical instincts and comfort building financial models, working with messy data, and translating analysis into decisions. Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent information. The ability to earn trust and align business and technical teams, with discretion around confidential company information. Hands on use of AI tools and curiosity about enterprise AI, agentic workflows, and how large companies actually operate. Move fast without breaking things, bring a we will figure it out attitude, and follow through on the details. Why Join Work directly with the founders and shape how an early-stage frontier enterprise AI company scales. Help define how autonomous agents operate inside the systems that run the world’s largest companies. Direct product and company impact with minimal bureaucracy. A high bar for craft, velocity, accountability, and pragmatic shipping. Logistics Location: In person, San Francisco Bay Area Employment: Full time Total Compensation: $175,000–$300,000 per year, including base salary and equity. The final package will depend on experience and scope. Visa support and sponsorship available
