Position

This is a newly created senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain and operational performance across the business.

Based in regional Queensland, approximately two hours west of Brisbane, the role will provide leadership across the organisation's operations and play a central role in building the capability required to support significant growth.

The successful candidate will drive improvements across productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, cost and customer outcomes, while ensuring the business has the systems, processes and capability required to scale effectively.

Profile

We are seeking an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain or a complex operating environment.

You will combine commercial acumen with a proven track record in scaling operations, continuous improvement and delivering better outcomes across cost, quality, productivity and customer service. You will be comfortable with ERP and operational systems and using data to drive performance, while bringing a visible, humble and engaging leadership style. Importantly, you will be both strategic and hands-on, with the resilience and decisiveness to lead people, challenge the status quo and deliver results.
