This executive will shape the organization's quality strategy, partner directly with the Chief Medical Officer, and lead initiatives that improve outcomes for thousands of patients each year.

In this role, you'll:

• Set the strategic vision for quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness.

• Partner closely with physician and nursing leadership to drive system-wide performance improvement.

• Foster a culture where caregivers feel empowered to identify risks and improve care.

• Lead accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance efforts.

• Use quality data to translate insights into measurable patient outcome improvements.

• Oversee adverse event reviews and continuous performance improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing quality team.

Ideal background:

• RN with a Master's degree or MD/DO with residency training

• Current Texas licensure

• 7+ years of progressive quality leadership within an acute care hospital or health system

• Experience leading culture change and collaborating with executive and physician leadership

• FACHE preferred

• Spanish bilingual is a plus
