Project Manager / Heavy Industrial Construction

Salary Range: $100,000 – $165,000 + Company Vehicle & Travel Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct, supervise, and coordinate project teams, field staff, and subcontractors on heavy civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of construction management, risk analysis, contract negotiation, and safety regulations.

• Project Oversight & Coordination: Lead project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular status updates and meetings with clients, engineers, architects, inspectors, and key stakeholders.
• Project Controls: Manage scheduling, resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment), and cost tracking.
• Strategy & Compliance: Develop construction strategies, adjust timelines to mitigate delays, and enforce compliance with all building, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Experience: Proven project management background in Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities & Pump Station Construction.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent heavy civil experience).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of heavy civil construction processes, materials, blueprint reading, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Software & Communication: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
