Child And Family Therapist

We are assisting a private family in sourcing an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Early Intervention Therapist / ABA Therapist to provide one-to-one support for their 4-year-old son diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who is currently non-verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized one-to-one intervention sessions daily.
• Support communication, language, social interaction, and play development.
• Facilitate emotional regulation and adaptive behaviour skills.
• Promote independence in daily living and self-help routines.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to the child's developmental profile.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention goals accordingly.
• Work closely with parents to ensure consistency across daily routines and learning environments.
• Maintain professional records and provide regular progress updates.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with children with ASD.
• Experience in Early Intervention Programmes (EIP), ABA centres, autism-focused schools, or specialized intervention settings.
• Strong experience supporting non-verbal children with autism.
• Familiarity with communication development approaches, including AAC, PECS, sign language, or similar systems.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans.
• Strong observation, documentation, and progress-tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with families.
• Willing to relocate and work in Indonesia on a full-time basis.
