Salary Range: $349,700.00 To $394,400.00 Annually Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist Job Description Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the mental health team at the Skyline Medical Office in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. The team uses a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. What You Can Expect: Provide care for Child/Adolescent patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18 Full-time, 4 or 4 1/2-day work week 2 days at the Skyline clinic and 2 or 2 1/2 days providing virtual care No call required An experienced support staff Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR Minimum Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Your Total Rewards: The annual salary for this position is $349,700-$394,400 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
