Aala Tech is seeking an experienced Chinese Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence within the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, possess strong business development and negotiation skills, and have experience building long-term client relationships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Chinese clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead business meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations in Mandarin and English.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent Aala Tech at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare business development reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.

• Experience working with Chinese companies or international business environments.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture.
• Experience in the technology, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred.
