Title: Chinese-English-Arabic Translator
Visa Support: The company provides work visa and local residency (IQAMA) processing.
Key Responsibilities
I. Translation & Operations Management
1. Assist the manager in facilitating communication among local employees.
2. Coordinate with Saudi government agencies such as the Municipality, Traffic Department, and Ministry of Labor to obtain necessary local permits and ensure compliance for delivery operations.
3. Support the manager in managing both the management team and the delivery riders.
4. Monitor and manage daily operational performance metrics to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
1. Chinese: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; HSK Level 4 or above.
2. English: Proficient enough to serve as a working language for communication with expatriate management and international partners.
3. Arabic OR Urdu: Able to use either language as a working language for daily communication with expatriate management and international partners.
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
5. Strong resilience under pressure and excellent execution skills; able to adapt to the high-intensity pace of the delivery industry, including special periods like Ramadan.
6. Prior experience in logistics, food delivery, or ride-hailing platforms is preferred.

1. Salary: Competitive, negotiable during the interview process. This position includes an annual profit-sharing component.
