ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer's US Dermatology franchise is one of the company's fastest-growing and highest-priority therapeutic areas, anchored by two products — CIBINQO and LITFULO — and a pipeline that includes tilrekimig, a potential first-in-class trispecific biologic being studied in multiple indications. CIBINQO (abrocitinib) is an oral JAK1 inhibitor for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) that launched in the US in early 2022. The brand has continued to build share and unlock new patient segments in a fast-evolving, increasingly competitive landscape. New potential indications for CIBINQO, the launch of tilrekimig, and an aggressive growth trajectory makes this is a rare opportunity to shape portfolio strategy at the intersection of an established asset and Pfizer's next wave of dermatology innovation.

The CIBINQO Marketing Director, Messaging Strategy & Pipeline Planning is a highly visible, strategically central role on the CIBINQO leadership team. This colleague will own the brand's messaging evolution, working closely with the Brand Lead and HCP Lead. CIBINQO has a robust clinical trial program augmented by multiple Real World Evidence studies, and the brand's messaging must continually evolve to differentiate and stand out.

The colleague will also lead pipeline planning in conjunction with Global Marketing for a potential new CIBINQO indication and for tilrekimig, translating early pipeline potential into commercial-ready strategy. This role sits at the nexus of brand strategy, competitive intelligence, and long-range portfolio thinking, and will directly shape how Pfizer Derm is positioned for long-term success in Atopic Dermatitis.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer who thrives on ambiguity, is energized by building strategy from the ground up, and wants outsized influence over the future direction of a growing franchise. This role will report to the US CIBINQO Lead, partnering closely with the CIBINQO HCP Marketing Lead, CIBINQO HCP Marketing Director, Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and the broader Dermatology franchise leadership team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Own and lead CIBINQO's overall messaging evolution — setting the vision for how the brand's clinical differentiation, patient segments, and value proposition are communicated across all HCP and patient channels
  • Continuously evolve messaging and positioning in response to new clinical data, publications, competitive shifts, and market research, ensuring CIBINQO's story remains distinct and defensible against JAK and biologic competitors
  • Lead pipeline planning for new indications and future dermatology assets, building the commercial strategy and positioning framework well ahead of launch to maximize speed-to-market and share capture
  • Translate early clinical and competitive signals into long-range brand and portfolio strategy, partnering with Global, Medical Affairs, and R&D to ensure commercial readiness
  • Serve as the senior strategic partner to the US CIBINQO Lead on messaging decisions, competitive response, and franchise-level messaging architecture
  • Partner cross-functionally with the HCP Lead and HCP Marketing Director to ensure messaging strategy translates seamlessly into field execution, creative, and core materials
  • Lead US Marketing's voice in pipeline planning and innovation workstreams, ensuring commercial strategy is embedded early in indication and asset development
  • Monitor the competitive landscape (JAK inhibitors, biologics, and emerging mechanisms) to anticipate shifts and proactively adjust positioning ahead of the market
