Experience: 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in civil construction. Proven experience working on G+5/G+6 building projects is Mandatory.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Society of Engineers (SOE) card and Practice Certificate are Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality approval and proven experience in G+5/G+6 building projects to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil and structural construction, site execution, and project coordination, with a good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor civil and structural construction works to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, construction schedules, and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HSE standards, and quality procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate the resolution of technical and construction issues.
• Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site reports and relevant project documentation.
• Support the project team in resolving technical and site-related issues.

Requirements

• Dubai Municipality-approved Civil Engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience working on G+5/G+6 building projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction works.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
