We’re hiring: Full-Time Cleaner | Arjan, Dubai

We’re getting closer to opening Pure Heat Club, and we’re now looking for a reliable and hardworking full-time Cleaner to join our team from 1 September 2026.

This is an important role for us. Our guests should walk into a space that feels spotless, calm and cared for - every single time.

The role

You’ll be responsible for keeping our facility clean and hygienic throughout the day, including guest areas, changing rooms, bathrooms and staff areas. You’ll also make sure supplies are restocked and that our daily cleaning standards and schedules are followed consistently.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous professional cleaning experience, ideally from hospitality, fitness or wellness

• Speaks good English

• Is reliable, hardworking and pays attention to the small details

• Has a professional and positive attitude

• Can commute independently to Arjan

• Is available to work weekends, early mornings and late evenings when required

Working schedule

• 6 days per week

• 9 hours per day, including breaks

• 1 day off per week

• Shifts may include weekends and public holidays depending on operations
