Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent based in Dubai. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for listing and Closing lease agreements, effectively communicating with clients, overseeing residential / Commercial properties, and providing exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting prospective tenants, showing properties, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless leasing process for all clients.
Key Responsibility:
- Actively source, list, and close property rental deals in Dubai.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and property values.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals ensuring compliance with RERA and company standards.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (minimum 6 months to 1 year Experience preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license & car.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
