Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Abu Dhabi. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces. Daily tasks include handling waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and following checklists and schedules to meet service standards for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. The role involves using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and reporting maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors. The Cleaner will work as part of a professional team, follow client-specific instructions, and support deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and specialized cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical cleaning skills, including general surface cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, and waste handling.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, basic health and safety practices, and hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess reliability, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow instructions and checklists accurately.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills, a cooperative attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial cleaning, or facility management services, is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as required for cleaning duties.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings, depending on operational needs.
• Basic English language skills; knowledge of other languages common in the UAE is beneficial.
