Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone and email
• Assist users with login issues, troubleshooting, and navigation of the HR software platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and product-related issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a high standard of service
• Stay up to date with product features and continuously expand your technical knowledge
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1-C2)
• Good English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer support or technical support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new software
