Dine opgaver:
Yde kundesupport til danske kunder via telefon, chat og e-mail
Hjælpe med ikke-tekniske problemer og finde løsninger
Samarbejde med teamet for at sikre kundetilfredshed

Flydende dansk og engelsk
Fremragende kommunikationsevner og en serviceorienteret tilgang

Salary: BGN 3,500/month + monthly performance bonus
Your Role:
Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
Provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care
Collaborate with the team to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
Fluent in Danish and English
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
