Client Support & Sales Specialist – German Speaking | Greece | Full Relocation

Your Role

In this role you will assist customers via inbound calls and email, helping with billing, account, and technical service inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers through inbound calls and email
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities when relevant.
• Handle account, contract, and service-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent level German with at least C1 proficiency
• English proficiency at B2 level for training and internal communication
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Good PC skills and confidence using digital tools
• Familiarity with mobile devices and telecommunications services
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention
  
  
  

What We Offer

• €1,300 gross monthly salary per 14 months
• Sales bonus of up to €900 gross per quarter, based on KPI achievement
• Productivity bonus of up to €240, based on target achievement
• Transportation bonus of up to €100 per month, proportional to on-site working days after training
• Initial 8-month contract with possibility for extension
• Comprehensive paid training: 2 weeks for Customer Care and 1–2 weeks for Sales

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
