As **Clinical Lead – Anaesthetics**, you will work closely with the **Clinical Director – Surgical and Perioperative Services** to provide strategic leadership across anaesthetic services. This role combines **clinical excellence with system-level leadership**, supporting integration across hospital sites and driving high-quality, patient-centred care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Providing clinical leadership and strategic direction for Anaesthetic Services
Supporting service integration and continuous improvement across the region
Delivering specialist anaesthesia services, including participation in on-call rosters
Promoting collaboration across surgical, perioperative and critical care teams
Contributing to workforce development, governance and quality initiatives
