Compass Associates are proud to be working with a new, highly specialist mental health and wellbeing provider to recruit experienced Clinical Social Workers for their brand-new wellness service in the UAE.

The centre has been designed to provide a world-class specialist environment focused on improving individuals' health and wellbeing. Taking a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, the service will deliver highly individualised programmes designed to support recovery, rehabilitation, personal growth and long-term wellbeing.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, Social Workers will work alongside Psychiatrists, Physicians, Psychologists, Nurses and other psychosocial professionals to provide coordinated, person-centred support.

As a brand-new service, successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of psychosocial care pathways, safeguarding processes and standards of care, alongside providing direct support to individuals and their families once the service becomes operational.

Essential Criteria:

• BSc in Social Work from a recognised and accredited institution AND a Master's degree in Social Work
• Minimum of two years' post-qualification professional experience in a related field
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• Must meet the UAE Department of Health (DOH) Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for licensing as a Clinical Social Worker
• Hold valid professional registration/licensure in their country of practice, where applicable, with good professional standing
• Experience completing psychosocial assessments, safeguarding and risk assessments
• Strong understanding of person-centred, recovery-focused approaches to care
• Confident working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team

Location:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring international relocation, with the role based on site.

The facility is located in the UAE and is commutable from both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
