Our careers website is an important part of the candidate journey. We want to make it easier for people to understand who we are, why they should consider a career at EMA, where they could contribute and how to join us.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications and other relevant teams, you will review our current careers website and help develop recommendations for a more engaging, accessible and candidate-centred experience, fully aligned with the EMA corporate brand and digital identity.

• ensure proposed improvements are consistent with EMA's corporate brand, visual identity, tone of voice and wider web presence;
• propose approaches for presenting vacancies, career areas, employee stories, benefits, working arrangements, relocation information and the EMA recruitment process;
• consider accessibility, mobile usability, inclusive communication and good digital-content practices;
