Job Description

Position Overview

Atlas Advisors is building a qualified candidate bench for Collection Manager positions supporting military intelligence collection and requirements management. Opportunities may exist at Junior, Journeyman, and Senior levels depending on the mission requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Analysis and Control Element collection and requirements-management activities.

  • Manage requests for information and ensure complete, accurate, and timely responses.

  • Gather and coordinate intelligence information across SIGINT, CI/HUMINT, MASINT, IMINT, and other collection disciplines.

  • Develop and coordinate collection plans and intelligence collection annexes for operational plans.

  • Participate in the war-gaming process by representing friendly collection assets and capabilities.

  • Analyze and evaluate the use of collection assets throughout the mission process.

  • Produce, review, and conduct quality control of collection-management and dissemination products.

  • Maintain collection-management systems, mission folders, intelligence records, and web-based information as required.

  • Coordinate with supported units, collection disciplines, intelligence staffs, and mission partners.

Position Specific Qualifications

  • Relevant intelligence collection-management, requirements-management, intelligence-operations, or comparable military intelligence experience.

  • Experience managing requests for information, developing collection plans, coordinating multiple intelligence disciplines, or supporting operational planning.

  • Knowledge of collection-management processes, intelligence capabilities, asset utilization, dissemination, and product quality control.

  • Ability to communicate collection requirements and priorities clearly to analysts, collectors, planners, and supported decision-makers.

General Qualifications

Requirements vary by labor category and position level. Candidates must possess:

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Relevant education and experience for the applicable Junior, Journeyman, or Senior labor category.

  • The ability to work full-time and on-site at the assigned OCONUS location.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain applicable Status of Forces Agreement, Technical Representative, or other required overseas work authorization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support mission-driven priorities in classified or operational environments.

  • The ability to travel, work shifts, or work outside normal duty hours when required by the position.

Education and Experience

The contract includes Junior, Journeyman, and Senior positions. Minimum education and experience requirements vary by labor category and may permit additional directly relevant experience in place of a degree. Candidates should clearly identify their highest degree and years of directly relevant experience.

Overseas Assignment

Positions are located at supported OCONUS intelligence mission locations. Work is performed full-time and on-site in classified, operational, secure-facility, construction-site, or military environments, depending on the position.

Depending on the position, contract authorization, and individual eligibility, overseas support may include:

  • Relocation assistance

  • Household goods shipment

  • Privately owned vehicle shipment

  • Temporary quarters support

  • Housing allowance

  • Post allowance or cost-of-living allowance

  • Education allowance for eligible dependents

  • Authorized logistical privileges

  • Family-accompanied assignment where permitted

Specific overseas entitlements, travel requirements, work schedules, and family-accompaniment conditions will be confirmed for each opening.
